# Give them a good reason to buy again.

Bitelio uses what each customer buys and tells you to offer useful help and a relevant next purchase. In your brand’s voice, within the limits you set.

## Understand the customer. Earn their next purchase.

### Find out what is holding them back

A short question can reveal a product difficulty, a shipping concern or an interest in something different. Follow-up questions take their previous answers into account.

### Help them resolve it

Product guidance, useful answers or help from the store when needed. The follow-up can continue even if the customer does not visit your website again.

### Make buying again worthwhile

Replenish a favourite, find a useful complement or try an alternative. When an incentive helps, it must fit the customer and the limits you set.

## Follow-up that learns from each customer

Purchases, previous answers and engagement help determine the next question, useful guidance and a relevant purchase suggestion. Surveys can explore an issue step by step with single- or multiple-choice answers. Follow-up can continue even when the customer does not revisit the store.

Configure email, WhatsApp with the store’s own number, browser notifications or an app connected through the API. Each channel needs its own setup and permission; your team builds the mobile integration.

The store sets maximum discounts, eligible gift products and free-shipping conditions. On paid plans, AI prepares product knowledge drafts for review; you can start with part of your catalogue.

## See who comes back and what that purchase contributes.

Track second purchases, time to the next order and incentive costs. A control-group comparison helps estimate Bitelio’s contribution beyond sales attributed to a message.

## The next purchase can be different from the first.

The original order is your starting point. What the customer needs next helps determine what to recommend.

## Shopify

Manage the programme inside Shopify, with its products, orders and customers connected. Project plans and approved charges are managed in Shopify.

New public Shopify installations are pending review. Contact hello@bitelio.com about availability. Programme activation requires preparing your content, channels and store limits.

## Other platforms

Your team connects contacts, events and workflows through the API. This is a custom integration; the adaptive Shopify programme is not automatically included for other platforms.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a separate workflow for every product?

No. Prepare one programme for the store and define the products, approved information, channels and limits it can use. Once activated, the next step adapts to each customer’s orders, answers and interactions.

### Do I need discounts to encourage another purchase?

No. The customer may need an answer, help using the product or a better recommendation. You can allow discounts, gifts or free shipping and set their conditions and budget.

### Does it only work through email?

The follow-up can use email, WhatsApp, browser notifications and an app connected through the API. Each channel needs configuration and the customer’s permission. A mobile app needs your team’s integration; browser notifications depend on browser support.

### Do I need to leave my current email tool?

You can keep it, but decide which tool sends each message and coordinate exclusions. Workflows from another platform do not migrate automatically to Bitelio.

### Can I install Bitelio in Shopify now?

New public installations are pending Shopify review. Request a demonstration and ask about early access at hello@bitelio.com. Programme availability and sending are enabled through a controlled rollout; an access request does not activate messages.

### How will I know whether Bitelio adds sales?

Review repeat purchases, time between orders and costs. A control group lets you compare with customers who do not receive the programme and estimate its contribution when enough data is available. Attributed sales alone do not establish a sales increase.
